Cancellations must be submitted before the day of the training.  If you cancel, you may send a substitute, receive a one-year credit memo for another training of equal value, or receive a refund less a $35 processing fee. Failure to attend without notice of cancellation will result in a charge of the full course fee. As we have absorbed all related costs, please do not ask for exceptions to this policy. Trainings with more than one date are sold as a whole entity. You cannot attend one day of one section and another day of another section. Please plan you schedule to make all classes. No refunds, credits, or transfers for partially attended classes will be given. EDENS GROUP reserves the right to cancel the training for which a full value credit memo or refund will be given. EDENS GROUP reserves the right to change training locations and instructors as needs dictate and will make every attempt to notify participants of any such substitution.

Winter weather cancellations will follow the U of M (St. Cloud cancellations will follow St. Cloud State). If a class is canceled it will be rescheduled for 4 to 6 weeks later. Registrants will be notified of the new date
